What’s included on the board/box?
You will find a variety of artisan cheeses, charcuterie meats, crackers, dried fruits, nuts, fresh fruit garnishes, preserves, and honey. We curate the food keeping in mind what’s in season for freshness and the best quality available.
Can you do gluten/nut/dairy free?
If you have an allergy or dietary restriction, please advise us of that and we will be happy to accommodate. When ordering, after you click “add to cart” a box will appear where you can check No Dairy, No Gluten, No Meat, and No Nuts. Please note that our facility is NOT Nut Free. If you have additional requirements, please email us.
Where Can I pick up my order?
We are located at 400 North Oak Street in Roanoke, TX. When you arrive, you may come in to pick up your order or call/text us and we’ll bring the order out to your car.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver within 10 miles of the 76177 zip code. Please note that delivery time slots fill up quickly and due to high demand, we cannot accomodate all delivery requests. If you are located beyond our delivery radius, please email hello@boardbrie.com and we’ll see if we can fit you into our schedule.
Which board should I order?
Each board/box serves a different amount of people. An important question to ask is are you planning to have the board as an appetizer or as a meal? Each board/box specifies an approximate range for the amount of people it serves. The lower range is for a larger portion of food, the upper range is for a smaller, snack size portion. We are also happy to create custom sized boards not listed on our menu. Send us an email and we’ll get started.
I’m getting married. Can you make my grazing table?
Yes! Our dedicated team is sure to create a unique and memorable event, tailored to your needs. Please visit our events page to get started by filling out the form. Someone will be in touch shortly to discuss your vision.
I need to cancel my order. Can I get a refund?
For most orders, we offer store credit if notified 48 hours in advance. Please send us an email. Classes are non-refundable, but if you must cancel prior to your event date, we can transfer to the credit to another class for you. If the class is canceled due to unforseen circumstances out of our control (COVID19, weather, delivery issues, etc.), the class will either be moved to an online format or rescheduled. You will be issued store credit if you cannot attend the rescheduled date.
I’d like to host a private virtual class. Can you ship your charcuterie Kits?
